During the month of October, I am taking part in the Jane's Room October Challenge and will ride 100 miles on the Peloton in honor and memory of my daughter, Jane. Jane was born still on 9/16/13 at 31 weeks and we miss her every day. As an obstetrician, I grieve with parents when they too experience the loss of a pregnancy. I ride for all of these babies gone too soon and in an effort to make an impossible situation just a little bit easier, through the availablility of a private spaces to grieve.
